I always see the number 7:07 on the clock. For whatever reason this is the number that calls my attention. At times, other numbers do too, like 11:11, but none as regularly as 7:07. I’ve often heard that when we see repeating numbers on the clock this is Spirit or the Angels (or both) communicating with us. I believe this is true.
There have been many occasions where I had no need to look at the clock and was doing something else like watching television or reading, when my awareness was suddenly drawn to the clock and it was 7:07. This morning, I was sitting at home and it was quiet, when all of a sudden I heard a sound at my front door. My front door was locked and it sounded like someone tried to turn the handle to open it! My first reaction was to be alarmed. Was someone trying to enter my house? Even my dog got up and went towards the door to investigate.
As I was scanning my mind thinking of who could be at the door trying to get in without a key, I noticed the clock, and the time was 7:07 a.m.! I immediately knew that the sound at the door was not an intruder, but rather was to draw my awareness to the time. The next thought that popped into my head was the realization that this was not the first time something like this had happened. I began to wonder if I had paid more attention in the past when similar situations occurred, what else I might have been able to observe. I know that in the future when something like this, or something else unusual happens, even if it seems trivial, I will undoubtedly pay more attention.
This situation also ties into a theme I’ve noticed occurring lately in my life where situations have come up where I’ve been so focused on the matter at hand that I’ve missed what was literally right in front of me. Kind of like those moments where you’re walking around with your car keys and can’t find them because you’re so focused on finding them elsewhere that you’ve overlooked the fact they are in your hand. I’ve been actively working on this and have come to realize that sometimes it’s important to take a step back from a situation in order to see the bigger picture, gain clarity, or notice something that may have been previously overlooked.
