As someone who has been on a spiritual journey for more than 20 years, I offer guidance and insight while empowering you to live your best life. We all need someone in our corner, to assist us with gaining clarity, and to help us see what we may have been overlooking.
I seek to understand deeper meaning in life and to explore the many facets of consciousness, and I view life from a spiritual and energetic nature. It is from this perspective that I provide encouragement and motivation, as I help you look at things from new angles and perspectives.

Schedule time with meI was a probation officer for nearly 10 years, and during that time I experienced major depression. The depression lasted for several years and through process I began to notice what worked and what didn’t. I began to live more authentically and more in alignment, listening to my intuition more and I wrote about my transformations as they occurred so that I would be able to help other people experiencing the dark journey through depression. After some time I was able to navigate out of it, and in 2024, over a year after leaving a decade long career as a probation officer, Intuitive Depression: Living in Alignment was published.

Law Enforcement Background
As a probation officer for nearly 10 years, I facilitated countless one-on-one sessions with clients from a variety of backgrounds, facing many challenging life experiences. I engage clients to look deeper, think outside the box, see things from new angles, reframe challenges, and listen to themselves to find their own truths.
I love to see people rise out of limiting beliefs, reclaim their personal power, and make choices and decisions that are more aligned with the version of themselves who they truly wish to be.
Working as a probation officer I routinely worked with confidential information, and this is something I bring forward into my coaching business. Our sessions are always confidential.
Additionally, from working in this line of work I also understand the various challenges people face who work in the law enforcement and legal communities. In addition to the positive aspects, these can also be very stressful and challenging lines of work.
Spiritual Perspective
As someone who has an innate sense of intuition and has always trusted that as the guiding force in my life, I’ll guide you to listen to and work with your intuition.
I use energetic practices (mental, visual, feeling) in my daily life to make decisions, guide, and direct energy, and this is something that I love to teach if you’re open to it.
Ancestral influences: Just like our hair color, eye color, and other physical traits are handed down genetically, stories and beliefs are also handed down energetically. If you’ve ever found yourself wondering why you constantly feel a certain way that seems heightened in your life or emphasized somehow, this may be an indicator that it didn’t originate with you, but you are the one here now in your family line to address it and to transmute it energetically.
I’ll often guide you to see situations in your life from a spiritual or energetic perspective. We tend to get stuck on the surface, the physical interactions with people, and the things we can see, feel, and hear externally, when this is in fact an energetic universe we live in.
Mental and Emotional
As a child and teen I was very shy, I experienced regular anxiety into my 30’s and thought it was “normal” to always feel anxious. In my late 20’s to early 30’s I experienced a multi-year journey through major depression, and was able to navigate my way out using spiritual and energetic practices and techniques. This was a blessing in disguise because it taught me many of the foundational aspects of how to live more authentically and more empowered.
One important turning point in my mental-emotional journey was that I recognized I was viewing myself as someone who often struggled emotionally—at some point I’d accepted that as a fact about myself. However, these are the types of “stories” we tell ourselves and accept as truth because we can back them up with evidence based on how many times we’ve felt them before. Yet it’s not the truth. I changed my story. You can too. I can help show you how.
