Are There Angels Among Us?

I will first start off by saying that while I thought Angels existed, I never paid them much mind, and they were never really my thing. I had heard other people talk about them and always dismissed it; I just wasn’t interested. I had prayed to them at times for things like keeping me safe and protected while driving, and to watch over my loved ones, but that was the extent of my interaction with the Angels. In hindsight, maybe it just wasn’t the right timing for me to be introduced to them back then, maybe I wasn’t ready to listen.

It was in January 2018 that I decided to really call upon the Angels for the first time, and it was for something very simple. I was in my bedroom trying to find some item I cannot recall now, like my car keys, or a specific article of clothing. I had recently been watching YouTube videos on the subject of Angels, particularly those by Kyle Gray (from the UK) who has many great videos on the topic of Angels. I decided to call on the Angels while I was in my bedroom looking for the item, and I asked out loud that the Angels help me find it…

To my amazement, right away I found what I was looking for!

That experience got my attention, and needless to say after that I began thinking even more about the Angels. Since that time, I have called on them in that same capacity, to help me find various items I have had difficulty locating, and sure enough, each and every time I received the help I asked for!

I then began to up my game so to speak, and I’d call on the Angels for bigger things. I’d ask for help in different types of situations, and when I did, I would receive the help I asked for.

I have often called on the Angels for help with my job when dealing with difficult people and situations. As an example, I work for a large organization, and we have periodic trainings where we don’t always know the other people attending. There have been at least three instances in the last few months where I called upon the Angels the day prior to my trainings, and again on the mornings of, to help me. I would ask for things like having people to converse with, not being alone, being comfortable in the classroom environment, and so forth. In each situation where I called upon the Angels, they helped me, and I had a pleasant outcome every single time.

From what I have read and heard about Angels, and from my own personal experience, I have found calling upon the Angels works best when we do the following:

1) Ask for what we want

2) Thank the Angels for their help in the matter (even before what you want has happened & definitely after what you’ve asked for occurs).

These two parts are important because we need to ask for what we want, and thanking the Angels for their help shows gratitude and opens up our hearts. It also solidifies what we asked for as matter of fact.

By saying something like, “Thank you Angels for making this happen” we are using our words and mind to set a very clear intention of what we expect to come to pass. There is a finality to it; it is not a wavering request. It reminds me of an expression I often use, “And so it is.” This expression is a good one to keep in your tool box, because it is very final. There’s no wiggle room. It’s like the idea of stomping your foot down, and saying this is the way it is going to be, and that’s that.

The other thing I will mention is it’s important to pay attention because the Angels will send you signs. I often receive feathers, and this occurs just about anywhere. I have a little teal feather sitting on my desk at work that I found floating in the air in front of me, and I have a white feather I found in my bedroom that I keep on my bedside table. Last year, I was driving down a two-lane road when I felt what I believed was a spider crawling up my leg. I was trying to remain calm and not freak out while looking for a place to pull my car over at. When I got out of my car I discovered it was a feather, and I knew it was a sign from the Angels. These are just a few out of the many experiences that I’ve personally had.

As a side note, I had been wanting to make this post for a while, but I couldn’t find any images of Angels that I felt were fitting. Trying to find an image I liked felt like swimming against the current, and from my experience when that happens I know not to push the issue because that is a message telling me to wait; like a red light signal. Well…the other day I must have spilled water on a piece of paper and when I looked at it the following day I couldn’t believe my eyes because the watermark was the spitting image of an angel, complete with a halo! (See below)

The Angels gave me the perfect picture to use for writing about them, and I also knew I had been given the green “go” light for this post. I was having a conversation about it with a friend, who suggested the timing issue may have occurred because someone was meant to read about the Angels at this exact time, and I really enjoyed that thought.
